Canadian gifted-education expert Larisa Shavnina found that over 50 Nobel laureates credited “at least one exceptional teacher who acted as a role model” in their life. According to the research, teachers have a very pivotal role in early child education.
In a conference in Paris, France last summer, Prof. Shavnina shared how these Nobel laureates were all inspired by formative teachers who had “a playful spirit” to spark their enthusiasm. Her study looks at the science category winners of the prestigious Nobel Award between 1981-2005. Among these gifted men and women were Professor Carl Wieman (2001) and Professor Frederick Reines (1995) among others.
All along, it may not even be about the latest educational toys or flash card routine. It was all about the teacher. Thus, it is important for you to find a school which you can really trust to provide an excellent child development plan.
